All of our items are inspected and packaged very carefully to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. However, should any damage occur to an item in shipment, please report immediately, the item may be returned within 7 days of purchase by obtaining a return authorization.
All Custom Orders, Jewelry and Accessories are Final Sale and non returnable
Customers wishing to return clothing for exchange or refund may do so by emailing our team at the address below within 5- days of receipt of the merchandise, along with following the proper procedures to obtain a return authorization. Tags must be attached to garments and they must be returned in original condition.
Merchandise returned must be insured for the entire value of the item. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items in the mail. The item must be returned and reach our destination for a refund to be issued. Absolutely no returns after the specified time frame.
Please note a return authorization number and form are required prior to shipping back. Our studio address is different than our fulfillment center address.
